This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for services provided by OCRESCALE LLC ("we", "us", or "our"), located at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801. By purchasing our services, you agree to the terms below.

Our Services

We provide performance marketing services for deck building businesses, including ad campaign creation and management, landing page development, creative production, appointment booking, and lead tracking. Depending on your agreement, services are billed either as a monthly retainer or on a pay-per-booked-job basis.

Pay-Per-Booked-Job Charges

• You are only charged when the homeowner shows up for the appointment.
• If a booked appointment was recorded in error or does not meet the agreed qualification criteria, contact us within 7 days of the booking and the charge will be reviewed and credited or refunded.
• No-shows are handled per your service agreement.

Retainer Payments

• Retainers are billed in advance for the upcoming service period.
• You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and no further retainer charges will be made.
• Retainer fees are non-refundable. Once a retainer payment is made, no refunds will be issued for any portion of the fee, including for unused time or services not yet delivered.

Setup and Creative Work

Landing pages, ad creatives, and tracking infrastructure built for your account are delivered as part of the service. Fees covering completed setup work are non-refundable once delivered.

Ad Spend

Advertising spend paid to ad platforms (such as Meta or Google) is billed by those platforms or passed through at cost and is non-refundable once spent.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or dispute a charge, email us at mamoun@ocrescale.com with your name, business name, and the charge in question. We review all requests within 3-5 business days and issue approved refunds to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
